Ketryx, an Austrian-American AI-powered compliance software company, has grown its Vienna operation from one employee in 2022 into its largest team and main R&D center, with around 40 employees and further expansion planned in post-sales.
The Austrian Business Agency supported the establishment of Ketryx’s Austrian company with bank introductions and guidance on transfer pricing, trade licences and registration requirements. Dalio Partners supported the broader cross-border setup, coordinating commercial, operational and regulatory requirements with specialist legal and tax advisers as Ketryx expanded its Vienna operations.
